In Barrio Colinas Verdes, the 200-hectare grounds of Complejo La Serranita offer trekking and climbs in the Sierra. These can be undertaken alone or with the support of a guide; ascent and descent times are arranged in advance. Anyone planning a tour can therefore choose between going independently and having a guide accompany them.

Trekking, Footgolf and Adventure Park

La Serranita Footgolf offers a different activity: its course covers almost 27 hectares and has 18 holes, each with its own par and required distance. The facility opened in 2017 as Argentina’s first course designed exclusively for professional footgolf. As well as climbs in the Sierra, the site therefore has its own dedicated sports facility.

Complejo La Serranita’s guided adventure park includes zip lines, suspension bridges and climbing walls. These features give it a very different focus from the trekking options and footgolf course. The complex also has an event hall with room for up to 100 people.

For student tourism, Complejo La Serranita combines accommodation, recreation and adventure. This includes both covered accommodation and areas for outdoor camping. This information helps put the offering in context: it includes different types of accommodation as well as activities, but that does not mean the same conditions apply to every stay.

Landscape around Complejo La Serranita

The area around Complejo La Serranita is shaped by the Tandilia mountain range, known as Sierra La Peregrina. The landscape includes vegetation and bodies of water and is also home to a diverse bird population.
