Nowy DwĂłr Wejherowski can be explored through three specific themes: forest landscape, local architectural and cultural traces, and cycling and hiking opportunities. TrĂłjmiejski Landscape Park includes wooded areas with agricultural enclaves within the forest. There is also an easy 7.9-kilometre hike, a cycling loop of about 50 kilometres, and individual natural and cultural features. The route lengths represent different scales; historic buildings and a designated natural monument add clearly identified local points of interest to the landscape.

Forest Landscape and Natural Monument

The Bieszkowickie Moczarów area consists of wetlands around the villages of Bieszkowice and Nowy Dwór Wejherowski. Another natural landmark is a small-leaved lime tree: designated a natural monument, it stands 21 metres tall and is 180 years old. These are two different scales side by side—a wetland area around two villages and a single tree whose height and age are precisely stated.

Wayside Chapel and Traces of the Past

A rural wayside chapel dating from the 19th century stands at the corner of Szkolna and Wejherowska Streets. It is built of masonry and listed in the municipal monument protection programme for 2024–2027. Another building next to the post office is the former school building; it dates from the first quarter of the 20th century and is also built of masonry. The two buildings can therefore be compared as masonry structures from different periods: the 19th-century chapel and the former school from the early 20th century. The parish of pw. Stygmatów Św. Franciszka is located at 1 Ks.-Jana-Pawłowskiego Street, 84-206 Nowy Dwór Wejherowski.

Hiking and Cycling

There is an easy 7.9-kilometre hike in Nowy Dwór Wejherowski. The Kielno–Nowy Dwór Wejherowski–Kielno cycling loop is about 50 kilometres long. The comparison highlights two different outings: an easy hike and a considerably longer cycling loop. Lake Borowo lies along this cycling loop near Nowy Dwór Wejherowski and can serve as a rest stop, especially in summer.

Culture in the Wider Destination of Neustadt

Within the wider destination of Neustadt, the attractions in Wejherowo form a distinct cultural context. The Muzeum Piśmiennictwa i Muzyki Kaszubsko-Pomorskiej was founded in 1968; it is a treasure trove of regional artefacts and a centre of Kashubian culture, particularly its language. Książnica prof. Gerarda Labudy presents a permanent exhibition on Kashubian history. Szlak Nut Kaszubskich consists of fifteen pedestals bearing fragments of a traditional counting-out rhyme. Together, they form a route through different parts of the city, passing the main attractions.

Models of the city and Kalwaria Wejherowska are displayed in Wejherowo’s historic town hall. Kalwaria Wejherowska also adds to this cultural context: it was the fourth Calvary complex established during the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth. After Bishop Mikołaj Albert Gniewosz approved its construction on 9 June 1649, work began on its chapels. The Muzeum Piaśnickie in Wejherowo commemorates the victims of the Pomeranian crimes in its permanent exhibition, which spans two floors and uses the Piaśnica crime as an example; relics of the Piaśnica crime are housed in the basement.
