Yoga in a Small Group

A course description from September 2026 presents the yoga offering in Przecław as a small group with attentive, precise instruction and no pressure to perform. The exercises can be adapted to individual needs; movement, breathing and relaxation are introduced step by step. In this respect, the format differs from the broad range of courses at the Gminny Ośrodek Kultury: here, the focus is on movement and relaxation rather than many different course areas. A timetable dated 10 September 2026 scheduled yoga sessions on Tuesdays from 20:15 to 21:15. Check before your trip whether this time slot is still current.
