Laudeck Castle and its history

The complex includes a 21-metre-high keep, described as a residential tower, a palas, a north tower and a gate tower forming part of the outer curtain wall. A later period is represented by the parish church of St Martin in Ladis. Its present-day Neoclassical building was constructed by architect Johann Moosbrugger from 1829 to 1831.
