A 60-metre-long Iberian road with visibly preserved sidewalks highlights the archaeological side of La Pobla de Vallbona; at the same time, its natural attractions range from a protected woodland area to a 475-metre-long route. This offers two distinct ways to discover the town: its landscapes and trails on the one hand, and its architectural and everyday history on the other.

Woodland and hiking trails

La Manguilla has been designated a Municipal Natural Area (Paraje Natural Municipal, PNM) since 2011. The protected-area designation recognises its ecological, botanical and geomorphological values, as well as its value for public use. The Mediterranean woodland includes Aleppo pines; the understory is home to kermes oaks and mastic shrubs.

The local SL-CV 111 trail runs through La Manguilla and is divided into four educational sections focusing on air, soil, water and biodiversity. These themes draw attention to different environmental systems and give the trail a natural history focus. The adapted recreation area also includes a picnic area, toilets, a pétanque court and a children's area. Municipal facilities may change; check their current status before your visit.

Another option is the SL-CV 125 Tos-Pelat Trail: it is 475 metres long, has a low difficulty level, and is suitable for hiking and mountain biking. It can be reached via the La Pobla-Maquiva road, near the Els Racons residential development. The route ends at the summit of La Mola, where there is a sundial. While the SL-CV 111 focuses on four environmental systems, the Tos-Pelat Trail offers different points of reference in its length and summit destination. Road and trail conditions may change; check them before setting out.

Archaeology, museums and historic architecture

The La Covatella archaeological site preserves a 60-metre-long Iberian road whose sidewalks remain visibly intact. A combined cycle and pedestrian path connects La Covatella with the town centre. The archaeological attraction therefore includes both the road itself and the route specifically designed for cyclists and pedestrians.

La Casa Gran is an 18th-century building that now houses the Ethnological Museum of La Pobla de Vallbona. The house retains its original wine cellar, mill and olive press. The collection includes period furniture, everyday objects and agricultural tools. At the museum, you can learn about the traditional production of olive oil and wine. The rooms, equipment and everyday objects offer different insights into material and agricultural culture.

Casa Bernal is a palace-like building and is classified as a Bien de Interés Cultural (BIC). The building hosts exhibitions and cultural events. Public performances can take place on a stage; the event programme may change.

Religious architecture is also part of the town's history: the original medieval church of La Pobla de Vallbona dates from the 14th century and was built in the Gothic style.
