Neydens is a stop on the Via des 5 lacs. There are also several walking and circular routes, each with different features. Walking routes with different highlights
The Boucle pédestre Neydens Ouest is a 6.5-kilometre circular route through the Genevois countryside in the municipality of Neydens. Points along the route include a cross classified as a historic monument, a viewpoint overlooking the Genevois plain, the Chapelle Notre-Dame de la Salette and a biotope. This loop therefore combines landscape and cultural points of interest with a biotope.
The Boucle pédestre des Envignes is an easy walk through the Neydens countryside and is marked in orange. Eighty percent of the route follows paved roads, with the rest on an agricultural track. The Boucle pédestre d'Uffin is classified as a very easy walk, runs entirely within the municipality of Neydens and is marked in green. It offers views of the Genevois plain between the Jura and Salève.
The Sentier pédestre des Ecoles is a short, very easy circular route for families. Seventy-five percent of its route follows a shaded path. When comparing the routes, different criteria therefore stand out: the surface distribution on the Envignes route, the very easy rating and views at Uffin, and the shade and family-friendly nature of the Sentier des Ecoles.
A stage of the Way of St. James
Stage 2 of the Chemin de Saint-Jacques de Compostelle (GR 65) runs from Neydens to Charly in Andilly. Unlike the circular routes, this one focuses on its two named stage destinations. The Chapelle de Verrières is listed as a point of interest along this stage. When choosing a route, you can therefore distinguish between a loop and a stage with Neydens and Charly as its endpoints.
The Chapelle Notre Dame de la Paix de Verrières offers views over the valley. Check the local access arrangements before visiting.

At UCPA Vitam, children aged three and over can celebrate their birthday. Depending on the package chosen, access to the water, climbing or Ludic areas is included. The age limit and the package chosen therefore determine which birthday option is suitable.
