Kastrosykiá Beach is shaped like an amphitheater and offers views of the coastal area of the Preveza prefecture and the sunset. Two topics are especially useful when planning your trip: beach conditions and water sports options. Cultural interests can be considered separately; Preveza offers its own historical attractions.
Beach Profile and Water Sports
The beach has fine sand and a sandy seabed; the water is shallow and gradually gets deeper. The shallow water and frequent light breeze are also suitable for activities involving a board or a small sailboat on the sea. This combination is appealing if you would like to combine time at the beach with one of these activities.
At the location of Μπούκα, there is a kitesurfing facility on the beach. If you plan to include this facility in your itinerary, check its current operating status and available options in advance.
Getting to the Beach
The beach is accessible by car. You can also plan your journey using the municipal KTEL network; check the current timetable before setting out.
