The distinct profiles of the walking and cycling routes are particularly useful when planning a visit.
History and Architecture in Močići
A Roman Mithraeum stands at its original location in a natural semi-cave. The sanctuary of Mithras is archaeologically dated to between the 3rd century and the mid-4th century. Močići was founded in the 15th century.
The Mala Gospa Chapel is a family chapel of the Kocelj family, dating to the 15th or 16th century. It is considered a preserved private chapel of a Dubrovnik noble family within an estate complex.
The nine stone crosses known as Križi svetog Antuna date from 1762 to the mid-19th century. They served as stations during the traditional field blessing in Močići. They stand at elevated points beside local roads, offering views across the surrounding fields.
The houses of Močići are considered examples of classic Konavle architecture. Many traditional houses feature stone arches, terraces, stairs, carved stone thresholds, thick foundation walls, and enclosing stone walls. The picturesque village landscape is marked by groves and wooded patches.

Endemic plants and wild aromatic vegetation accompany the route. It is considered suitable for recreational walkers. Check local trail conditions before setting out.
The Cavtat–Močići–Čilipi cycling route is 9.5 kilometres long, with a total ascent of 230 metres, making it 1.5 kilometres longer than the walking route. It is a one-way route over asphalt and gravel, suitable for trekking and mountain bikes, and signposted for cyclists. It starts at the Cavtat bus station.
