From March 25 to 31, 2018, during Semana Mayor (Holy Week), Utica hosted the 18th Concert for Reflection and Peace, “Útica en Sol Mayor.” The program included concerts by philharmonic orchestras and symphonic bands from across the country; choirs, orfeones and chamber music groups also took part, and lyrical music was on the program as well. More than 600 artists were invited. The event’s multi-day schedule and varied musical forms give it a distinct cultural character, setting it apart from the nature and activity themes.
