Ziyang in Sichuan has new public green spaces and a large theme park, Fantawild Oriental Legend, which draws on regional cultural motifs. For a short stay, plan your park visit and city outing separately. A vacation rental in Ziyang is not automatically near the park entrance.

Parks in the city

During the 14th Five-Year Plan, 18 small pocket parks were created and around 500,000 square meters of public green space were added. This describes a citywide development, not a single large park with a guaranteed playground. If you are looking for a quiet break in green surroundings, choose the specific park and the route from your accommodation. The number of parks is not evidence of their facilities or daily opening hours.

Fantawild Oriental Legend

The theme park combines traditional Chinese culture with Bashu and Ziyang stone relief motifs. It has seven areas, ten major indoor attractions, and 28 outdoor attractions. These include a water-rafting ride, an interactive children’s area with several play zones, an attraction exploring the Ziyang grottoes from a child’s perspective, and a large-screen cinema about Chinese history. The attractions appeal to different interests; check age and height requirements, operating hours, and current ticket terms. Indoor attractions may be an alternative in bad weather, but this does not guarantee that all attractions are open every day.

Choose accommodation based on your visit plan

Compare an accommodation option actually being offered by its address in relation to the park or your chosen city destination, its price, and its facilities. On a park day, opening hours and travel arrangements matter more than a general promise of low prices. If you are staying for several days, you can spread out visits to green spaces and the theme park over different days without making an unverified claim about transfer times. Province: Sichuan.
