Andrelândia brings together archaeological rock art, diverse natural environments and historic architecture. The Toca do Índio in the Serra de Santo Antônio showcases the rock art in a particularly striking way: more than 500 geometric and zoomorphic figures extend across about 50 metres of a rock face.

Stingless Bees and Honey
At Meliponário Mel Mágico in Andrelândia, an authorized guide introduces visitors to Brazil’s stingless bees. The visit also includes tasting honey produced by these bees. The meliponary is home to more than 30 different species of stingless bees; the number of species may change. The guided tour and tasting combine an introduction to the bees with a tangible culinary experience.
Architectural History and Culture
Andrelândia’s historic buildings include 18th-century mansions and the Baroque churches of Nossa Senhora do Porto da Eterna Salvação and Rosário. The mansions and churches offer different ways to explore the town’s architectural history: historic residences stand alongside religious architecture.
The Estação Ferroviária de Andrelândia has been fully restored, and its surroundings have been enhanced with the construction of a square and a recreation area.
